About Ticker Den

Our goals

Ticker Den exists to make markets easier to understand. We explain what happened, why it matters and what readers need to know to follow the story, without assuming a finance background.

Our goal is to give readers the context to understand a market move, assess a company story and ask better questions. We separate reported facts from forecasts, opinions and company claims. We do not promise to predict the next market move or tell readers what to buy.

What we cover

We cover stocks, company results, economic news and the forces moving financial markets, with regular coverage of crypto, oil and AI chips. Our market and company explainers look beyond a headline to explain how a business, financial measure or market mechanism works.

Toast & Tickers covers overnight developments and the stories shaping the trading day. Dusk Ledger reviews the trading day and the developments behind the major market moves. Chain, Crude & Chips brings together our crypto, oil and AI-chip coverage. The Den Dispatch is our email newsletter. Stories and past daily editions are available on the website.

Who runs Ticker Den

Ticker Den is operated by VB 30 LLC.

Chief Editor: W. Baum.

Articles published under the Ticker Den Desk byline are the publication's work, rather than the work of a separately identified reporter.

Sources and factual checks

Editorial decisions are guided by the relevance and accuracy of the information, not by advertisers or sponsors.

Our editorial standards call for factual claims to be checked against reliable sources, with supporting links on the article page. Official announcements, filings and economic releases establish what was reported or decided. Other reporting supplies context and cross-checks where needed. Claims about future results, company views and market forecasts are attributed rather than treated as established outcomes.

Market figures carry dates or times so readers can distinguish a snapshot from current conditions. Articles are not a live price feed. These checks do not eliminate mistakes: sources can contain errors, and information can change after publication.

Corrections and reader feedback

If you spot an error or think we have missed important context, email [email protected]. Please include the article link and the point you believe needs checking, with a supporting source if available.

We review reported errors and correct confirmed factual mistakes. Corrections address factual errors. Updates add material developments or new information. Material revisions are marked with an update notice on the story. A later development or a change in market price does not, by itself, mean the original report was wrong. General questions can be sent to [email protected].

The limits of our coverage

Ticker Den is for general information and education, not personal investment advice. We do not know your finances, goals or risk tolerance. Investing involves risk, including loss of principal.

We do not currently carry on-site advertising, sponsored articles or affiliate links. If that changes, we will identify it clearly. Our Disclaimer, Terms and Privacy Policy explain the terms of using the site and how reader information is handled.
